This policy explains what information Ashen Veil (“we”, “us”), run by Nakman Studios and available at ashenveilgame.com and play.ashenveilgame.com, collects, how it is used and what choices you have. By using the website or the game you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account data. When you register we store the Operator ID and password you choose. Passwords are stored hashed, never as plain text. We do not ask for your real name.
- Game data. Your progress (inventory, stats, base, location and other save data) is stored on our server so you can continue later and so the in-game chat and arena features work.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our servers record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it to keep the service running, prevent abuse and fix bugs.
- Payment data. VIP upgrades are paid via PayPal. Payments are processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your card details. We may see your PayPal email address and payment note in order to activate your purchase.
- Messages. If you email us we keep the message and our reply so we can help you.
