You are responsible for keeping your Operator ID and password safe and for everything done through your account. One person, one account. Do not share or sell accounts.
Acceptable use
- No cheating, exploiting bugs, botting or tampering with the game or its servers.
- No harassment, hate speech or illegal content in chat or names.
- No attempts to access other players' accounts or data.
We may warn, suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Virtual items, VIP and tokens
VIP clearance, tokens and any in-game items are digital goods for use inside the game only. They have no cash value, are not transferable and are not refundable except where required by law. VIP is activated manually after payment is confirmed, so please allow some time. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact support@ashenveilgame.com.
Our content
The game, its text, images, code and this website are owned by Nakman Studios or its licensors. You may share links and short quotes with credit, but you may not copy, resell or republish our content without permission.
Availability and changes
The game is a work in progress and is provided as is. We may update, interrupt, change or discontinue features and may reset or rebalance progression when needed. We do our best but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that saved data can never be lost.
